By ordering an InnovAgent.property plugin or application you are agreeing that you are governed by the legally binding terms and conditions setout in these Terms and Conditions.
If you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that company or organization to these Terms and Conditions, and the terms "you" and "your" will refer to that company or organization.
The term ‘Plugin and/or Application’ means Property Search Plugin, Landlord Dashboard, MailSync and all other software services provided on InnovAgent.property/.
1.0 Minimum Term
1.1 The minimum subscription term for each plugin and application is 12 months.
1.2 Each plugin or application will create a new minimum term of 12 months for that specific plugin or application.
2.0 Payment for Plugin and Applications
2.1 Payment for all plugins and application are a monthly subscription payable in advance, and only payable by a debit or credit card via InnovAgent.property
2.2 Payment are securely handled by Stripe.com, which you will have a dedicated account to access, manage payments, invoices and receipts.
2.3 Your card details are never sent to InnovAgent.property, Stripe.com are certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification.
3.0 Termination
3.1 The plugin or application will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with the limitations and these terms and conditions.
3.2 Non payment of the monthly subscription in advance will result in immediate suspension of the plugin or application.
3.3 Upon confirmation of payment, re-activation of the plugin or application may take up to 5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays).
4.0 Warranty
4.1 All plugins and applications are providing a connecting between software platforms. InnovAgent.property can not be held responsible for any kind of warranty, including without limitation the warranties of; accuracy, data permissions, duplications, automatic subscription upgrades charges by your CRM (LetMC), or automatic upgrade charges by MailChimp.
4.2 By using letmc.com, mailchimp or stripe.com you are bound by their terms and conditions.
4.3 InnovAgent.property is not responsible for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any character including, without limitation, damages for loss of goodwill, work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, or any and all other commercial damages or losses.
5.0 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
5.1 This Agreement will be governed by English and Welsh law and both parties agree to be bound by the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in England and Wales.
