The dashboard is powered by a live feed straight through to LetMC and enables your landlords to login via any device (browser or mobile). They can access:

Account
Includes a full Payment History, Download Statements, Maintenance Invoices plus Profit & Loss and Self Assessment Tax downloads too.

Arrears
Includes a Rent Summary, along with all Rent Outstanding plus Notes entered into the system.

Maintenance
Includes an overview of all maintenance tasks added to the system via LetMC or Fixflo.

Properties
Full details of their properties being let and managed, and download of agreements, certificates and floor plans.

The dashboard is responsive meaning it can be used across any mobile, tablet or larger screen sizes.

The user interface is clean and easy-to-follow with your logo and brand colours applied dynamically so it's consistent with your own Website.
